S/4 HANA 1610 Performance Issues.

I have set up an S/4 HANA 1610 IDES training server on the below specs:

SUSE 12.2
32 Core
256 GB Rams
1 TB HDD
Hana 2.0

I've already finished SGEN, the HDB start command takes about 15-20 mins to finish and after the server is up opening any t-code takes extremely long(works fine after opening it for the first time and no it's not compiling just loading).

I know it's not ideal to shutdown the db and the app server and open it every day but we're on a cloud VM and we only want it online during working times to save the cost.

Currently the first person who works on the server have to suffer for 10 mins+ to open every t-code that haven't been opened before not to mention the actions they do inside the t-code.

Can you check on SUSE after Start of HANA DB what is the size of Memory used in DB Server ?

With SGEN Have you Compiled all Software Component of S4HANA ?
