I have to change a spro correspondence from sapscript to smartforms. How do I do this?

I have to change a SPRO correspondence from Sapscript to Smartforms. But when I try making the replacement in the Forms For Correspondence view in SPRO, I get the error form does not exist or is inactive. Would some explain how to make this change?
