Solution Instance disappeared

I made SAP one passport account, so when I logged in with the new S-number the solution instance on the previous account i.e. same email, same name but registered with P-number not S-number, disappeared, I then created a new solution instance.

Where did the previous instance go? Can I access it, am I going to be charged for it? How can I solve this problem?
