Need Help on sample pseudo code for beforeRebindTable Event in smart table

I have a smart table with 15 columns.

I need to apply a filter before binding.

The filter will have Column1 ='sometext' or column2 ='sometext' or column3 ='sometext.

Basically i need to see if a particular text , i.e. here for my example 'somtext' will be logged in user id, will be searching in 3 to 4 columns with or condition.

i.e. i have user id in 4 columns in smart table with different column names.

i need to implement a filter before databind to see if user id is there in one of 4 columns.
