Datasource 2LIS_03_BF contains data still to be transferred

We are trying to reinitialize Material movemets for load to BI. We continue to get this message 'Datasource 2LIS_03_BF contains data still to be transferred'. So since the system believes there is still data in this datasource it will not allow the reinitialization to take place.

I have a good background with MM and the initialization and set up in Logistics for this extraction but this one has me stumped.

First, I have validated there there is no data in the delta queue (RSA7) for this datasource.

Second, I have validated that there is no released job for this extractor to the delta queue

Third, I have even deleted the setup tables for all of application 03.

But I still getting this error message.

Any suggestions on where else I need to check to resolve this problem?

Hi,

i) Can you run the Collective Run once to transfer the data from Update Table to Outbound Queue.

ii) Perhaps you have some background posting. I mean like Automatic GR posting. This may raise this issue.

Hi,

regarding item i : Yes we have done this and it did not solve the problem.

regarding item ii: That is my believe that there must be background postings going on that is causing this to happen. But we are in a QA environment so I thought maybe this was not my problem but rather I was missing something else here.

Check in SM13 whether there are any updates still pending in Error Status.. If not go ahead and fill the setup tables the message you are getting is just warning and the system will allow you execute the job.

No, we are using Unserialized V3 Update and yes there is no queue in LBWQ.

Hope you are using Queued Delta update mode, if so, clear the Queue content in LBWQ.
