PIR created after LTP run does not appear in MS04 list.

Material part with planning strategy 40(in material master, no other strategy defined in MRP group) with consumption indicator for both fwd/bwd(30-30) consumption enabled.

Following sequence was followed:
1. Customer orders & PO items(for sept-dec mnths) for the material is created and the entries appears in MS04.
2. After MS02 LTP run, planned orders are generated for the material.
3. PIR (for sept-dec mnths) was created with VSF req type in MD61. But PIRs are consumed by orders and the entries are not visible in MS04 list.

query regarding:
a. Even after orders are satisfied by planned orders, why the new PIRs are not visible MS04 ? What should be done so that new PIRs appear in the list?

b. Checked regarding the consumption for 40 strategy group, what the relation of PIR and existing planned orders(after LTP run).

Hello Mike

If the PIRs are consumed by requirements, they will not be displayed in MD04 or MS04. This is a standard behavior that cannot be changed.

You should use transaction MS65 to check the independent requirements for a specific scenario.
