I have a (very) simple question regarding CRM ISA 4.0 (Internet Sales).
Is it possible to configure the B2C scenario in a way, so the users themselves can request their password, if they have forgotten it. The password should then be mailed to email address they supply (the same as they supplied upon registration).
As I se it the only way it can be done is by implementing the ICSS (Internet Customer Self Service) scenario, but is seems to me like a lot of extra work?)
