Hi,
we are changing our modified documents with the Report CRM_SOCM_SERVICE_REPORT. The document need a specific status for the operation department.
With urgent correction we are importing directly into the next system when running the report. Normal corrections are only changing the status when running the report.

The SOCM report is typically run by Change Managers/Administrators and these roles come with privileges to perform Actions. When you change the Status through the report, the underlying action such as Importing a Transport to Production will be triggered similar to performing the action actually on the ChaRM document Web UI.
Urgent corrections have the action profile defined to import the Transports directly into the system and Normal changes do not, hence the difference in behaviour. We should be careful in using the SOCM Report depending on the type of the Documents we run the report for.

You need to set a customising parameter for the Normal change (Specifically COPY_ALL_ENH) for the relevant status, to import the changes to the next system automatically.
