How Neurodiversity programs in SAP is helping managers and employees sustain innovation ?

I recently read an article in the Harvard Business Review on the Neurodiversity programs at SAP. A HR function initiative.

Such programs lay emphasis on managers to divert and direct their staff towards 'what works best for them' and the organization. It is like managing talent and directing them to the right places.

Employees are no longer like pieces of rectangles. They are like pieces of a puzzle and the right pieces need to fit in.

Innovation happens through our differences. These differences cannot be kept at home. We need to embrace them in organizations as well.

Please let me know if you have encountered or have been part of such programs at your workplace.
