Hi everyone,
When using LSMW there is an option "Simulate background mode" when processing it. Any ideas what that is for and what functionality it enables?
Hi Andreas
When you are running an application in background mode, some applications may have a different behavior. For example, system can suppress some popup screens (a popup triggered in background could lead to a short dump) and it can mess up with your LSMW.
Therefore, if you are planning to run your LSMW in background, you should test it with this option, so that you simulate the transaction execution in background mode.

Caetano
