my requirement is sales rep commission should be up dated at simultaneously when the customer a/c is debited

Hi

You can use rebate agreements...define rebate agreement based upon sales

volume with these Sales employee.When you get into rebate condition, specify

the name of the Customer they are assigned with and define the rebate rate

based upon volume or performance.

Now whenever this Customer buys anything...the rebate value gets accrued and

you can pay commisssions based upon the performance parameters via rebate

settlements.
