I am looking for information regarding what is included in the PowerDesigner 16.6 SP03 release. I looked in the (obvious?) location, "New Features Summary" (https://help.sap.com/saphelp_pd1660_new/helpdata/en/df/d23716f4604218b84743d2f15419e2/frameset.htm), but there's only the base PowerDesigner 16.6 information? Where can I find specific issues corrected in PowerDesigner 16.6 SP03?

Go to the place where you installed Powerdesigner. By default, it is
C:\Program Files\SAP\PowerDesigner 16
readme.html contains all information
