Sales Quote Custom Field Error [C4C question]

Hi experts,

I need your help.

How do I set where the text will start appearing for my custom fields? In this picture below, you'll see that I have encircled that border where the text would start showing up. My custom fields however dont have that line in the middle. How do I make that appear?
