Adjustmnet entrries for INPUT /OUTPUT taxes GL accounts

Hi All ,

I need to post adjustment entries for INPUT/OUTPUT taxes GL accounts . These GL are open item managed with tax category input tax / output tax . When I trying to use T code F-02 for posting with zero % tax code it is giving error . So how to do manual posting to this type of GL accounts . These entries should not show in S_ALR_87012357 report .
