approval workflow for HBL

I need to trigger approval workflow for HBLs. Basically HBLs need to be reviewed by certain agents before it is sent to customer. What is the best way to do this - technically - 1. via BOPF enhancement , or 2. via enhancing the standard FWO workflow approval (TRQ_APPR_CHECK_BO) BAdI? when is the FWO workflow approval triggered?

Hi Tom,

You can use "HBL Status" information ( finalize, not finalized) - set up your HBL print/interface condition in such way that it should only trigger if HBL status is "finalized".

Now for HBL approval - There are multiple ways to do this.

1. Use Instructions functionality - the system will create a task for each FWO to review HBL, the approving agent/user will set up FWO POWL for such open tasks and complete it in FWO that is set HBL status as "Finalize"

2. BOPF enhancement or FWO approval work flow
