Hi All,
We have a requirement to retrieve data from C4C BOs and place it in some FTP location at regular intervals of time.
What is the right approach to achieve this requirement?

Create a WS that will query the required BO and return the expected records. This needs to be consumed/called via HCI as per the required intervals, HCI can then use SFTP to place the file in the required location.
