Integration Engine inbound channel locked

Hi Guys,

Y'day there r some msgs gone to error status with below error for 2 interfaces.

Today again msgs are processing successfully for those 2 interfaces.

Could plz let me know wht could be the problem that time?

My scenarios are 1)IDOc to XI (Asynchronous)

2)File adapetr to XI (Asynchronous)

Go to sxmb_adm -> Integratio engine Configuration -> Specific Configuration -> See SAP Note 675626

This error caused becoz of the support pack upgrade happened that time.
