Advance Leave salary issue

Dear All,

leave salary advance (for workdays) was paid through offcycle for an employee on 16thMay which includes - adv leave payment,Adv payment for workdays and other payments (ALSP) .The total needs to be recovered from subsequent May and Jun payroll runs.In may Payroll the other payments (ALSP) Rs.2475 has been again added to the basic which is wrong.

Hi Brindha,

If you have already followed everything properly in payroll,then it could be a possible reason that the wagetype ALSP is shown
1. Due to Earliest Retro accounting date/Earliest MD change under payroll to be changed as Blank in IT0003.

2. Or Click on "Bonus Info" tab i.e "Add.Retro.Acc.Info" in IT0003 and delete the entries shown inside the table and save it.Rerun the payroll in simulation mode to check.

If this doesn't solve, then please explain briefly with clear screenshots.
