Hi,
I have configured the alert framework for the event damage, the activity is return the value 0 which means the alert was sent successfully, but I haven't received the email for the given email address.
When I had check the administration log for "Output send requests" i am getting the status as "Cannot process message; no node determined for (my email address) "
Please let me know how to fix this issue to ensure the email notification is received for the email address given in the alert category.

You have to get the Basis team to configure the email exchange connector using transaction SCOT.
If you want to check what your email looks like you can use transaction SOST to view what should have gone out.
