Hi,
I have configured the alert framework for the event damage, the activity is return the value 0 which means the alert was sent successfully, but I haven't received the email for the given email address.
When I had check the administration log for "Output send requests" i am getting the status as "Cannot process message; no node determined for (my email address) "
Please let me know how to fix this issue to ensure the email notification is received for the email address given in the alert category.
