How can I resend a outbound delivery to EWM from ERP? (VL02N)

I changed the status of outbound delivery using FM '/SPE/DELV_RESET_DIST_STATUS'.

And then I changed the order quantity of one item, but, in EWM, outbound delivery didn't changed.

Help me.
