How to create storage bins in INTERIM STORAGE AREA

Hi ALL

I tried to create stroage bin with T code LX20 but Storage type 902 IN-ZONE when created system giving meaasge Zero Bins created ,even i created storage bins in LS10

Please tell how to create and solve problem

Make sure you have atleast the SAP default storage section 001 for these interim storage types and then try LX20. It will show you available bins and the bins that need to be created. It will allow you to create only one bin per interim storage type. If you are looking for more than one bin, then LX20 may not be the option.

Hi Rajesh,

You can use Tcode LS01N to create new storage bin in Storage Type 902 IN-ZONE.

Hi

These interim storage bins are standard SAP in the config go to Interfaces in WM and then in to IM and see the node for 'Generate interin st bins' Type in your warehouse and you will see a list and then click on generate st bins.
