Export To Excel issue

Hi,

I have a web report with the icon "Export to Excel" . When this icon is clicked, a blank white page appears instead of the

"Save" dialog box. I tried using the template that works for other reports, still it doesn't work for this report.

Any suggestions???

look at the code for the button. you need to specify which table you are exporting and the dataprovider name might not be matching.

Yes... Open the web template in the web application designer and see what is executed for that button. There should be an "href" tag if the button is using HTML.
