Time evaluation - urgent

Hi All,

Working on time evaluation - could any body let me know once the time evaluation was processed how could I post the particular wage types to payroll.

And how could the quota accrual process happens.

Please help me on this.....

    Hi,

    1. You no need to assign the WT to Payroll, once you have successfully finished the Time Evaluation, the results will store in the corresponding Cluster Table from there the payroll driver automatically picks up to do the payroll process.

    2. Quota Accrual is based on your configuration of AQ, how you have maintained in table T559L and how you are generating the AQ.

    hai

    the quota accural happens according the generation rules u have set up in quota accurals.

    the wage types are processed in payroll schema according the rules set up like absence valuation, shift allowence etc.

    You can directly assign time wage types to symbolic accounts and symobile accounts to G/L accounts

    Hai.

    There is no specific activity to be done once the wage types are generated in Time Evaluation.. System stores the time wage types in zl table and retrives the same data during payroll processing..

    Hi,

    Once you have run TE, the results will be stored in the corresponding cluster tables from where the payroll driver will automatically pick up.

    Quota Accrual is based on your configuration of absence quotas, by maintaining the table T559L and maintaining the feature QUOMO. You can generate quotas manually using the report RPTQTA00 or automatically using TE.
