The DI of BW poratl Could not connect to the MS

Hello Experts! I'am encountering an issue these 3 months. The portal BW (Java stack only), with 2 AS (CI and DI), the DI Could not connect to the message serer because of the timeout to lookup in the other AS. Have you an idea how to change profile parameter in purpose to extend this time(until the MS be UP) . Thanks in advance for Help. Regards
