I have a MTO work order created for a sales order. Not Released because its starting date is a month from now. The "Reservation/Purchase Requ." is set to 2 which means PR are created after release. All thing went well but then the Sales order wont generate any DepReq for sub raw materials.The reason I think is because the MRP thinks there is already an MTO work order.But the work order also wont generate any PR because it's not released.
I've tried using CHANGE_MDPSX_MDFA of BADI IF_EX_MD_CHANGE_MRP_DATA to exclude this kind work orders(MTO unreleased) from being taken into account in MRP calulation. Then the unreleased order disappeared in MD04.(sometime its there,sometimes not, idont know if its bug or not). And also the planner can use CO41 to convert pldOrder to PrdOrder repeatedly because MRP dosent take unreleased order into account.
Any solutions? If I release the order it will consume my reservation so the missing parts report for other true released order wont be correct.
