How to read Shopping Cart Workitem from SRM system to ECC

Hi Friends,

We have our ESS POWL Inbox where SRM shopping cart workitems getting displayed.

I have a requirement to design a Web Dynpro Application which will list out those SC workitems awaiting user action.

But this report is in ECC. I am not seeing these workitems in table SWWUSERWI.

How to use POWL in this scenario to get the result or something else to be used ?

Hi,

I guess you are looking to pull the list of work items that are relevant to purchase requisition workflow. The, ESS POWL might have a connector to pull the list of work items from the SRM system which is loading the work items in ESS POWL. However you can also pull the list work items from the SRM system by making a call to the srm system using RFC function module SAP_WAPI_CREATE_WORKLIST. Pass the user name and destination ; i mean the system name. You can also pass the filter criteria to only fetch the list or workitems which satisfies your filter criteria.
