SAP PP - PROCESS ORDER - EXTRA CONSUPTION

Hello Expert, How are you? So, I'am working in a Ktting Internal Process, the steps of the process are: Process Order - Order type PI01 COR1 Release Order, select the batch and WM material Staging- COR2 Convert RT in TO LB13 Consuption of the order MIGO_Gi Goods Receipt finished goods MIGO_GO Close the order CORK My question is if during the Consuption I identify that the component is broken or with the shelf life expired, What Should I do to request more components? 2- How can i treat the differencs of material in this case? Should I use CORK? or Should I perform a Inventory process?

Hello Dafnis,

During production if you find the components got broken / SLED breaches (as suggested by Solomon SLED can be controlled through the Characteristic LOBM_VFDAT as per the OMJ5 Configuration

But if you find the broken (Rejection) then you have to do the Rework through CORK or manual rework order through COR7

Hi Dafnis,

create a batch characteristics as LOBM_VFDAT. assign it to batch.

it will automatically take the shelf life expiry date. you need to have tick in OMJ5.

You need to identify the message and convert it into error message from warning message.
