C4C Accountts/Contacts facesheet HTML mashup for Hybris Marketing Cloud

Hi Experts,

We are trying to setup C4C HTML mashup to display Accounts/contacts factsheet to show hybris marketing related information.

But an error message: "This content cannot be displayed in a frame" as shown in the attached screenshot.

Hi, I did the HTML Mashup as described in the SAP Sales Cloud solution guide.

In the Sales Cloud I get the error message that the connection is refused:

I can see that it is refused because of the X-Frame-Options:

In SAP Marketing Cloud in the "Clickjacking Protection Whitelist" the entry for *.crm.ondemand.com is already maintained by SAP.

Any ideas why the facesheet is not shown in the Sales Cloud?

Hi chrigu,

if you have the ID and Origin ID the URL has to look like this:

<protocol>://<server>:<port>/ui#MarketingContact-displayFactSheet?InteractionContactID=<ID>⩔iginID=<OriginID>

or if you use the internal UUID you can use:

<protocol>://<server>:<port>/ui#MarketingContact-displayFactSheet?InteractionContactUUID=<UUID>

For me this works fine. Please try and let me know.

Hi Dinesh,

It is now possible to create an HTML mashup for yM Cloud in C4C. You need to make sure to add an entry for the IdP (e.g. SCP Identity Authentication Service) that covers the SSO between yM Cloud and C4C. To do so you need to maintain an entry on the app "Maintain Clickjacking Protection Whitelist" on yM Cloud.

are you on a Hybris Marketing Cloud System?

Just got this hint from a developer:

For security reasons Hybris Marketing Cloud does not support HTML Mashup (iFrame) but only URL Mashup:

Yes, we are in Cloud solution. yeah we have done URL mashup and it works fine 🙂

HTML Mashup is not going to be supported in cloud solution in future as well ? or we have plans to bring it future releases ?

Provided link is not relevant Hybris marketing cloud.

As outlined by Matthias, Hybris marketing cloud does not support HTML mashup with C4C for now.
