My name is Pat Cholin and I work for the City of Thunder Bay. I have Crystal Reports XI Release 2 (11.5.12.1838).
Here is my problem:
XI R2 has been out of support for 5+ years now. Try the Help file ( F1 ), it should have info on how to configure JDBC drivers. Typically the PATH to the JRE/JRC needs to be updated as well.
