Content on "all content" page and "tag" page and Q&A page not the same?

Apparently a content area related to a product, the tag for that same product, and the Q&A list of questions for the tag do not refer to the same content?

Which page is the correct one for which content?

This is user error - meaning I made an error 🙂

I have to make a simple change in the way the B1 page is tagged in the backend and it will fix the issue. Thanks for your patience!

Is this true for more than just the B1 page? I'm seeing inconsistencies on the Data Services and Information Steward pages as well. If so, do I need to log something for it to be fixed?
