Script Problem

Hi,

I wanted to see the print preview of one PO. In ME23N transaction if I tried to see the print preview of a particular PO 123. I am getting the error message " Error in Open_Form for document 123".

Any suggestion??

Hello Check the configuration for the PO.

1) But first check what is the name of output message of the PO

2) Go to transaction NACE

3) Select application EF

4) Button Output message types

5) then try to find what program and form is assigned maybe program is uncorrectly assigned or form (e.g. Smartform to Sapscript program)

Hi,

First check what output type is used to print in PO.

Check whether the form is assigned in SPRO - MM - purchasing - messages - forms for messages - assign form for output program for purchase order for the output type.

Check whether the assigned form is active or not.

Check the print program wether the script name passsed in Open_form function module is correct or not?
