Why are ALL of my publications failing?

Hey Guys,

So our company uses publications to schedule source documents to a destination folder on a remote virtual server. Since last week all of our publications fail, and with different error messages.

Error 1:

Object failed to run due to an error while processing on the Job Server"

Error 2:

The publishing service is not started, or was restarted while the publication job was running.

Log file for Error 1:

com.crystaldecisions.sdk.occa.infostore.internal.InfoStoreException: Cannot perform schedule operation on Object ID 1508678. It is a component of Object ID 1508382

cause:com.crystaldecisions.enterprise.ocaframework.idl.OCA.oca_abuse: IDL:img.seagatesoftware.com/OCA/oca_abuse:3.2
detail:Cannot perform schedule operation on Object ID 1508678. It is a component of Object ID 1508382

The server supplied the following details: Cannot schedule a component of a Publication. Must schedule entire Publication.

Event log file for error 2:
Subprocess(JobServerChild) Could not be started

We are running out of ideas and meanwhile our company has no reporting....
Anyone know show to solve these problems?

When is the last time your BI platform is rebooted? Ideally, the reboot should be conducted once a month to clean up the OS kernel memory fragmentation and application heap space.
