Hi folks!
In my company we are paying some vendors (like telecom services, insurances) by direct debit. We normally pay these vendors and after that we receive their invoice, so when uploading the electronic bank statement we don't have an invoice to clear. I want post the payment on the vendor account through the EBS and I'll post the invoice when I'd receive it, So that I've defined a posting rule like this:
P.Area Pt.Key Account Symbol Pt.Key Account Symbol pt.type
1 40 BANK TRANSIT 50 BANK ACCOUNT 1
2 25 -(blank)- 50 BANK TRANSIT 2
With a search string definition I can identify the vendor in the text of the EBS, but how can I use it to make it appear in the second posting? which is the target field do I have to use?
