SAP EP Harmonized role error

Hello Friends,

I am using a Strategic Purchaser (ERP/SRM) role and whenever I ma accessing the Strategic Purchasing tab in portal it is showing below mentioned error:

"XXXCLNTYYY: Type or role is not assigned to the user"

whereas the user has appropriate role in the ECC (i.e.XXXCLNTYYY) system.

Please help in resolving the issue.
