Connection SAPFTPA is not working in QAS and PRD System

I wrote a program to transfer data in internal table to FTP server use function FTP_R3_TO_SERVER.

When i test in DEV system, both connection SAPFTP & SAPFTPA working ok.

But when i transfer program to QAS and PRD system, only connection SAPFTP work, but SAPFTPA (for running in background is NOT work).
