HOW TO MANAGE REQUST THAT HAVE WRONG DEVELOPMENT

The other developer , added his code inside my request instead of his. And released my request .Now he says if i transport to prod or test system will have trouble so advice me to take a new request.But i has failed .

Because he released request i cant delete his objects.Actually even its not, its easy to make mistake because my development continues for a month and im not sure what changes i did.

Now what should i do to transport only code that i developed.If icant ,is there any way to go to status before my development. (it include new web service, new function groups , the functions moved to other groups bla bla.
