What should i do to see the subtiatals in the result

In the properties of the key figure, If I select Calculate result As--'summation', will I see the Result row? at the billing doc level? what else should i do to see the subtotals at the billing doc level

The Query has

Billing doc, company code, sales org,controlling area,reference,total Bal,etc.

The result row calculated for every change in value of the previous characteristic in the report.

For example, instead of displaying the sequence of your characteristics in the rows as Billing Doc, Company Code, Sales Org..., if you display the characteristics as Company Code, Billing Doc, Sales Org...then you will get the result row for every change in Company Code.

Company Code *** Billing Doc

300 ************ 10001

• 10002

• 10003

• Result

400 ************ 10004

• Result

500************* 10005

• 10006

so on...

Based on this logic, if you want to display result by every billing doc...identify a characteristic for which the value changes with every billing doc number.
