How can you delete/remove a Partner from Opportunity using
BAPI_OPPORTUNITY_CHANGEMULTI and
BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT

Enter BUPA_PRA_DE in Command menu and set for deletion mark execute and specify BUPA_DEL.
This is how you can delete Business partner from the system.
