TPZ files not getting imported successully even though the logs shows as successful

when we are trying to import the TPZ files into dev system(TPZ files from prod to sync up as we have two landscapes) we get the pop up as imported successfully and the logs also show as successfully imported but the objects are not getting reflected in the system.

Cache overview is up to date and green. We are on PI 7.4 version.
