C4C Communication Arrangement to integrate with SAP ERP- CS (Customer service)


I'm trying to integrate with SAP ERP (From Work Ticket - to - Customer Service) I need to consum a custom web service to create a CS order and register product in the ERP and then get the CS order ID in C4C.

I need to know if are there any standards communications arragements that I can to use or if I should consum the service from a custom Action.

    To solved this scenario I developed some custom service in the ERP and used the SDK in C4C. All Web Service use standard functionalities of the ERP and from my code I manage the integration. The most importants services are:

    1. Manage CS order en ERP.
    2. Query CS order en ERP.

    I had to do that because I find the standar integration is available with SD and not with CS (Customer Service).
