How to find the change log history in the material master for Commercial price 3 & Standard price

Hello SAP,

How to find the change log history in the material master for Commercial price 3 & Standard price in the accounting 2 & costing 2 views. Commercial price 3 is present in accounting 2 and its field is VJBWH and it is from this table MBEW. This field is changed directly by going into MM02 but i don't see that log history of the change in MM04. Similarly Standard price is present in costing 2 view and its field is STPRS and it is from this table MBEW. and this cost got estimated by running CK40N but i don't see that log history of the change in MM04. Even i checked both fields and they are marked to give change log history for material master changes.

Additionally, please let me know where is the config path to enable/activate for generating this change log for the material master above fields. And now please provide steps how to find the change history which is missing in the MM04.
