I have PO 100 quantity, I did PGI 110 quantity. It is posted to same 110 quantity. While I am doing PGI I m not getting any error message more than PO quantity.

Please let me know where I need to check up the customizing setting.

As per your p.o document - delivery tab - over /under delivery tolerances value, this could be happening.

Please check the value in me22n --->delivery tab ---> under / over delivery tolerances.

Dear Kumar,

When di PGI,system check avaliable Stock in sloc and wh, so it's not check to PO,if there's no stock available and system can still allow you to do PGI then it means in your system it allow to be negative stock.
