PERIOD END CLOSING

Dear gurus,

While closing the periods I got following error.

Please help.

"Mode: Check and close period

Client:200

Period entered (month/year):052006

Incorrect period in control rec. of CoCd 2000; no conversion

The current period (month/year) of the control record is052006"

And

While entering the month which I want to close( 05/2006) It gives a warning Message as "The specified year 2006 is not the current calendar year".

Hi Ajit,

Please go to MMPV and open the period as per your requirement. Then check in MMRV to see changes made by you. If you still had problem then let me know.

Hi Ajit

Go to T Code OB52 Change View "Posting Period : Specific Time Interval" and Check the year column. .Select the company come & if required change the year.

Then Execute the T code MMRV Check the current period & previous period.

Then execute the T code MMPV

Hi,

Please check the current period in OMSY and then go to MMPV and close the periods.

Hi,

you can use the tcodes for MMPV-CLOSE PERIODS. Once you close the period and after that use the tcode for MMRV-Allowing posting period to previous period.

you can colse the period by using MMPV and after that you can post that particular period by using MMRV.

pls let me know any clarification.

First go to MMRV check wat is your current period and year , after that you need to close that current period onwards till 052006
