Hi!
With ECF chat/video widget only the chat text interaction is saved, but video stream not.
What are the possible options to also record the video stream and have it saved so that it is linked to the contact ID (quid) as well?
Can it be done without having any third party software installed on agent's computers?

Since recording video-chat was necessary for one of our customers, we developed it ourselves.
So we now have video and audio recording capability for ECF Video Chat available 🙂
No additional software is required on client/agent computers. Works on latest Chrome and Firefox browsers.
