Security zone error

hi all

In our portal under security zone nothing is there, why it is like this?

when trying to open permission error listed below is coming. could you please help me in solving this problem?

An exception occurred while processing a request for : iView : pcd:portal_content/com.sap.pct/admin.templates/iviews/editors/com.sap.portal.aclEditor Component Name : com.sap.portal.admin.acleditor.default

The exception was logged. Inform your system administrator..Exception id: :09_09/08/07_0007_18342950See the details for the exception ID in the log file

search the trace files of your portal server with the exception id 09_09/08/07_0007_18342950. you can get the trace files at <drive>:\usr\sap\<SID>\<instance no>\j2ee\cluster\server0\log folder. Look for the last modified trc files which normally have names like defaultTrace.XX.trc (XX is a number). Search for the exception id and provide it here. You can also understand a lot when you see the errror stacktrace yourself.

request you to send the recent log entries in the Log file so that the problem can be pinpointed.
