How to achieve Order Status TTJL in SAP PM Order?

I am now working on EAM WUI concept using SAP Maintenance Worker on SAP NW Portal. I have gone thru the help page https://help.sap.com/erp2005_ehp_07/helpdata/en/ca/ed7c74de3f42618f1aab334f4b50b0/frameset.htm

but it doesnt provide with the functional flow of steps.

Kindly help me to run the process with steps and necessary configuration required for aceiving this process like Job list, job card, confirmation etc thru portal.

Also I am unable to get the status in order operation TTJL since I cannot find the output device printer "Job Card" while printing order. How to get this printer and how to print job card.
