Update record by BOL in SAP CRM

Hi everyone.

I had problem with BOL.

I created BOL/GENIL to search and create record for ZTABLE.

I try update record but the system return error message:

"Entity Customer could not be locked"

"It was not possible to save all objects successfully"

This is image when i update record.

Please help me to resolve this problem.

In the meantime, could you please confirm if you are making use of BADI ORDER_SAVE ?
