can any body tell me about Recurring Entries the issue is i want to F.14 - Execute entry for 12 moths period entry at time can i do that ? because by F.14 it is posting entry for one month which period i give in first?

Dear Parag,

You are executing for 12 Months means You have to select start date and end date like that only , and every month system will generate the session automatically only you have to process that session only , you no need to worry about that you run directly first time it will post for first month , for rest of periods it will schedule

Sudheer from F.14 I put settlement Period for 12 Month But is session create for one month only which date i put first , i want to post all 12 months period entry at time how can i do that?

You'll have to open all 12 periods to post all twelve documents.

However, once posted you must close 11 periods.

It's recommended this is done in the evening when other people have logged off the system.
