in process and goods reciepts inspection

hi pp guys,

pl let me know , how to combine both inprocess and goodsm reciepts inspection.

ex. A routing contains three operations and first two for inprocess and the last one was goods receipt inspection. where we have to give the settings.

for goods receipt it is 04, and in process it is 03. is it possible to assisn both inspection type in mat master.

is one inspection plan enough for that or we have to create two.how the posting will occur. pl give step by step explanation

Yes you need to make active both 03 and 04

and for 03 you need to include MIC in Routing

for GR you need to do setting in OMJJ in that for m.type 101 QM shd be active

check in deactivate QM

another one thing, while doing in process inspection material not moving to inspection stock, then what is purpose of inspection if final inspection is available with the order.

IS it only for recording the results or what purpose.

suppose if assign mic to 3 operations (in process), 3 lot will be generate, or single

one.

Hi Rajesh,

in routing you need to insert quality operation with quality control key QM01

for those inspection you need to maintain MIC which can control soft and hard inspection

soft means it will not stop you to confirm production operation

hard means it will stop confirmation to go further

inspection lot will generate for all the Quality operation say 3 lots in ur case

inprocess can be petrol inspection which normally dont stop the production operations

if it is clear reward

Hi Rajesh

This is the guide line for Rewarding Points for your Questions
