Configuring Sprinklr Integration to enable ticket creation from Instagram.

Hello Experts,

We have a requirement, where we need to integrate SAP Cloud for Customer system with Instagram feeds and enable automatic ticket creation for every Instagram post. Figured out that it will be done via Sprinklr integration.

Can someone please suggest what steps I need to take in order to complete my integration?
